Haven't done very well....been busy getting kids ready for school, but now that they are in school (Alex until 2:11 and Sarah until 10:30), I have a lot of time on my hands so I'm going to get back into my daily workout and I'm going to be doing so between the hours of 8:00-9:30.  I don't know when I'll start. I won't lie, I'm in a slump, but the race is just a few weeks ago and I have to get my butt in gear.  I have lots on my agenda, lots I want to get done.  I just need to damn well do it.

Back to it -- as many as I can!

Taken some time off, but I'm back at it, I'm going to try to do 230 but I'll do as many as I can until it hurts too bad to continue

85 crunches (had to take it slow)

I really wanted to do 230 but my stomach is still really really really hurting and it is even worse after doing the crunches..so I'm going to take it slow and work my way back up to where I was before.  This is no longer a challenge, and I think making sure I don't hurt myself is more important.  So I'll be doing as many as I can until it hurts. :)
